What are your postage terms?

Our postage is either by Australia Post or Fast Way Courier as follows:
  • Regular with tracking approximately 2-7 days = Weight based shipping, calculated on checkout.
  • Expedited with tracking approximately 2-3 days = Weight based shipping, calculated on checkout.
Your package will have a tracking number so you will be able to track your package en-route.

Once the item has left our premises, we are not responsible for any delays.

Please allow up to 1 business day for your order to be processed. Generally we manage to get most orders out the same day but there are times where this is not possible during extremely busy periods. Please note, once an item has been shipped and tracking number provided, we are no longer responsible for any packages which may go missing or are damaged in transit. We may be able to help on your behalf if there is a dispute of delivery but we are in no way obligated to replace any order should Australia Post or our Courier lose or fail to deliver your package. Please note we are not responsible for any damage to items caused by Australia Post or our Courier service or our International Carriers. We package our orders in the best way possible to minimise any damage caused by rough handling during transit but beyond that any damage caused is beyond our control.

If you ask us to mark your parcel as “leave at door” or elsewhere on your premises upon delivery, then our liabilities are waived and you acknowledge that should the package go missing, we are unable to replace it for you.

Monday – Friday: Online orders received and paid prior to 12.00pm will be at our post office on the same day.  Otherwise orders are despatched within 24 hours of received payment.

Weekend and Public Holidays: If your order is received on a weekend or a public holiday, your parcel will be despatched the next business day.

PHONE ORDERS
We do take orders over the phone however, please note that online orders take precedence over telephone orders. Your phone order will be posted with 24 hours of order/payment.
